Thanks to a highly qualified staff we will guide the customer starting from his idea, through the 3D design, the realization of the mold, the choices of materials up to lead him to have in hand the piece he had imagined. We can make the mold in wood, resin or aluminum depending on the quantity to be produced. The thermoformed particulars are trimmed by robots with centesimal tolerance and then manually finished by the operator who also controls the perfect success.
In the workshop we can ultrasonically weld, glue and assemble other parts.
